tripus
fourth Weberian ossicle
Endochondral bone, membrane bone, and Weberian ossicle that is an element of third vertebra. Anteriorly it attaches to the interosseus ligament and posteriorly it extends as a transformator process embedded in the tunica externa of the swimbladder.
