Lymph node that is the most proximal of the left supraclavicular lymph nodes. It receives afferent lymphatic drainage from the left head, neck, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and bilateral lower extremities, and drains into the jugulo-subclavian venous junction via the thoracic duct.
