M. semitendinosus

Originates by two tendons: one on the postero-ventral aspect of the pelvic rim, the other, a dorsal tendon from the postero-dorsal pelvic rim under the ventral edge of M. semimembranosus. Inserts on the ventral surface of the tibiofibula.
